RESOLUTION No. 2012-066
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
FOR THE DEEP WELL NO. 17
CITY PROJECT NO. 10024
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Providing increased quantities of casing pipes, increased quantities of driving and setting casing
pipes, televise the well and increased quantities of material removal and using alternate methods to
seal the casing pipe.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the Deep Well No. 17, City Project No. 10024, is
recommended for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 1 for the Deep Well No. 17,
City Project No. 10024 by adding $28,070.40 is approved:
Original Contract Amount $343,310.00
Change Order No. 1 Add $28,070.40
Revised Contract Amount $371,380.40
