2014 Local Board of Appeal and Equalization
April 8, 2014
The meeting of the Plymouth City Council sitting as the 2014 Local Board of Appeal and
Equalization (LBAE) was called to order by Mayor Slavik at 6:10 p.m. in the City Council
Chambers, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on April 8, 2014.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Slavik, Councilmembers Johnson, Bildsoe, Prom, Wosje, Stein,
and Willis.
COUNCIL ABSENT: None.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Administrative Services Director Fischer, City
Assessor Hebert, Appraisers Kingsbury, Anderson, Pidde, Vander Linden, and Bowman.
City Assessor Hebert provided a report to the Board of Equalization for the 2014 Assessment.
The following individuals spoke before the board:
1. Hildania Kristensen, 15725 48th Avenue North (09-118-22-32-0020)
2. Mustafa Igdelioglu, 18825 46th Avenue North (07-118-22-33-0009)
The following individuals attended the meeting but chose not to address the LBAE:

4. Michael and Karen Winter, 17815 10th Avenue (31-118-22-14-0042)
She read into the record the following properties that appealed in writing:

3. I1-12 Property Illinois LLP, 5145 Larch Lane (11-118-22-23-0077)

She noted that all valuation and classification changes made less than 10 days prior to the LBAE
need to be brought to the LBAE for approval. The changes are as follows:

The hearing was then opened to property owners who desired to appeal to the LBAE in person.
