RESOLUTION No. 2014-160
RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO THE SUPPORT OF A JOB CREATION FUND
APPLICATION IN CONNECTION WITH POLARIS INDUSTRIES, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, Minnesota (the "City'), desires to assist Polaris Industries, Inc.,
a manufacturing company, which is proposing to acquire and improve a facility in the City; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth understands that Polaris Industries, Inc., through and with the
support of the City, intends to submit to the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic
Development an application for an award and/or rebate from the Job Creation Fund Program; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth held a city council meeting on May 13, 2014, to consider this
matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the project proposed by Polaris Industries, Inc., and its application for an
award and/or rebate from the Job Creation Fund Program is hereby approved.
