RESOLUTION No. 2014-155
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN
AMENDMENT TO THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH THE
BASSETT CREEK WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is party to a Joint Powers Agreement with the Bassett Creek
Watershed Management Organization; and
WHEREAS, the current Joint Powers Agreement will expire on January 1, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the Bassett Creek Watershed Management Organization is requesting
approval of an amendment to the Joint Powers Agreement which will extend the term to
January 1, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the amendment to the Joint Powers Agreement with the Bassett Creek Watershed
Management Organization is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized
to execute said amendment.
