RESOLUTION No. 2014-153
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PERMANENT EASEMENT
FOR SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, Joan L. Mooers, Trustee of the Joan L. Mooers Trust, Dated October 2, 2003, is
the fee owner ("Owner") of real property located within the City of Plymouth legally described as
fol lows:
Lot 7, Block 2, CIMMARON PONDS 2ND ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according
to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for
Hennepin County, Minnesota, (the "Trust Property"); and
WHEREAS, the City requires an easement for an existing sanitary sewer line located within
a portion of the Trust Property legally described and depicted within the Grant of Permanent
Easement attached Exhibit "A" (the "Easement"); and
WHEREAS, the Owner has agreed to grant the necessary easement upon payment of
$2,300.00 by the City for the Easement; and
WHEREAS, the City agrees to the terms and conditions of the Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, the City Council hereby approves the Easement and payment of
$2,300.00 to the Owner.
