RESOLUTION No. 2013-085
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
FOR THE CREEKSIDE OF PLYMOUTH EDGE MILL AND OVERLAY PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 13009
WHEREAS, the 2013-2017 Capital Improvement Program made recommendations for
the Creekside of Plymouth Edge Mill and Overlay Project; and
WHEREAS, It is necessary to undertake a Preliminary Engineering Report to
determine the work required on each street recommended to be considered for the Creekside
of Plymouth Edge Mill and Overlay Project, City Project No. 13009; and
WHEREAS, the streets south of Rockford Road, west of Fernbrook Lane, east of
Plymouth Blvd., and north of and including 38th Ave., excluding approximately 1,250 feet of
37th Ave./38th Avenue east of Plymouth Blvd. is the recommended project area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City Engineer is instructed to
prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report with all convenient speed by advising the Council,
in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvements are feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement
and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended.
