A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE "NO PARKING"
DUNKIRK LANE MILL Et OVERLAY PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 13007
WHEREAS, Dunkirk Lane., from County Road 6 to Medina Road, a two
lane undivided roadway that does not have adequate room to provide for on street
parking, and that no City Council resolution can be found to allow for enforcement
of "No Parking" on these sections of roadway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the recommended "No Parking"
areas are needed to serve the immediate area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby,
authorizes the installation of "No Parking" signs on Dunkirk Lane, County Road 6
to Medina Road.
