RESOLUTION No. 2013-077
REVISE AMENDED CONTRACT- CONSULTING ENGINEERING
FOR WELL NO. 17
CITY PROJECT NO. 10024
WHEREAS, the engineering agreement for the Well No. 17 project was for an original
amount of $138,4931.00; and
WHEREAS, engineering services were provided beyond the original scope of services;
and
WHEREAS, City staff and Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. have an agreed upon
amount of $26,457.00 for services beyond the original contract amount; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends that Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. be compensated for
extra services provided for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., the
City's consulting engineer for design and constriction administration of the Well No. 17, City
Project No. 10024, should have the engineering services contract amended to $164,950.00.
FURTHERMORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the fiinding for this project shall
be from the Water Fund in the amount of $ 700,000.
