RESOLUTION NO. 2004-536
APPROVING SALE OF SHOWMOBILE
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has determined that the City's
showmobile is no longer used enough to warrant the cost associated with it; and
WHEREAS, an official advertisement was placed in the City's newspaper offering the
sale of the showmobile; and
WHEREAS, the City of Annandale is the only city showing interest in the purchase of
the showmobile,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the purchase agreement between the City of Plymouth and the City of Annandale is
hereby approved for the purchase price of $49,900, and fiirther, that all funds received
from the sale shall be deposited in the City's park dedication account.
Adopted by the City Council on December 28, 2004.
