RESOLUTION NO. 2004-516
APPROVING CHANGE ORDERS ON THE
ICE CENTER PROJECT NO. 3129
WHEREAS, the City's constriction manager, RIM Constriction has
recommended approval of the following change orders; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed and
recommended approval of the following change orders,
WHEREAS, this program has been well received by other communities and is
available through the State of Minnesota; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the following change orders are
hereby approved, and fiirther, that all costs are to be charged to the Ice Center (Project
No. 3129):
