RESOLUTION NO. 2004-512
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF AN
ADDITIONAL SPEED TRAILER
WHEREAS, the City has identified a need to purchase a second speed trailer for
use within the City; and
WHEREAS, a review of the Police Department's current 2004 budget shows a
number of categories will not be fiilly expended; and
WHEREAS, there is funding available to cover the cost of the trailer within the
current budget fiinds, without any additional allocation required,
NOW, THEREORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, the City Council authorizes the purchase of an
additional speed trailer from 2004 budget fiends.
Adopted by the City Council on December 14, 2004.
