RESOLUTION NO. 2004-508
APPROVE ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT AND
ORDER PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT FOR
TRUNK WATERMAIN EXTENSION BETWEEN
VICKSBURG LANE AND DUNKIRK LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 4144
WHEREAS, an Engineering Services Agreement has been prepared by the City's
consulting engineer, TKDA, with respect to Think Watermain Extension Improvements;
and
WHEREAS, said Engineering Services Agreement is being received by the Council on
December 14, 2004;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. TKDA is designated as the engineer to prepare the preliminary
engineering report for the Think Watermain Extension Improvements
between Vicksburg Lane and Dunkirk Lane and the Mayor and City
Manager are authorized to sign the Engineering Services Agreement;
Adopted by the City Council on December 14, 2004.
