RESOLUTION NO. 2004-506
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
15TH AVENUE STORM SEWER PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 3130
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Unforeseen conflicts with large buried power duct lines that led to
watermain replacement and additional time to safely install the
new storm sewer pipe as well as extra work to retrofit the new
concrete pipe to the existing storm sewer stricture.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the 15t1' Avenue Storm Sewer Project, City Project
No. 3130, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 for the 15th
Avenue Storm Sewer Project, City Project No. 3130, by adding $9,440 is approved:
Original Contract Amount $ 63,645.00
Increase in Estimated Quantities $3,323.11
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - ADD $ 9,440.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT $76,408.11
Adopted by the City Council on December 14, 2004.
