RESOLUTION 2004-481
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE OF TRAILERS
FOR RED DEVIL EQUIPMENT CO. LOCATED AT 14900 -21ST AVENUE NORTH

WHEREAS, Red Devil Equipment Co. is requesting approval of a conditional use permit to
allow outdoor storage of semi -trailers at 14900-21" Avenue north for property legally described
as:
Lot 12 and the southerly 134 feet of Lot 2, Circle Star Business Center lit Addition, Hennepin
County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public hearing
and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Red
Devil Equipment Co. for a conditional use permit for property located at 14900-21" Avenue
North, subject to the following conditions:
1. A conditional use permit is approved for the outdoor storage of semi -trailers in accordance
with the application and materials received by the City on September 28, 2004, and revised
plans received on November 5, 2004 except as amended by this resolution.
2. Trailers shall be moved on or off the site from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Trailers shall not be moved on or off the site on Saturday or Sunday.
3. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per
Ordinance provisions.

4. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation thereof
shall be grounds for revocation.
5. This approval shall expire one year after the date of approval, unless the property owner or
applicant has substantially started constriction of the project, or unless the landowner or
applicant has received prior approval from the City to extend the expiration date for up to one
additional year, as regulated under Section 21015.07 of the Zoning Ordinance.
