RESOLUTION NO. 2004-469
RECEIVING PRE -DESIGN REPORT, DESIGNATE ENGINEER, APPROVE
ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT AND
ORDER PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
BASS LAKE LIFT STATION UPGRADES
CITY PROJECT NO. 4116
WHEREAS, a pre -design report has been prepared by the City's consulting engineer,
Howard R. Green Company, with respect to Bass Lake Lift Station Upgrade
Improvements; and
WHEREAS, said report is being received by the Council on November 9, 2004;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered;
2. Howard R. Green Company is designated as the engineer to prepare
plans and specifications for the Bass Lake Lift Station Upgrade
Improvements and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign
the Engineering Services Agreement;
Adopted by the City Council on November 9, 2004.
