RESOLUTION 2004-464
APPROVING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT
AND ADOPTING ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, the City has been asked to approve a special assessment agreement for City
Improvement Project No. 806.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
The special assessment agreement with Charles F. Daws and Cheryl M. Daws is approved. The
Mayor and City Manager are authorized and directed to sign the agreement.
2. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby
accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the land named therein and the land
included is hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the
assessment levied against it.
3. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of 5 years,
the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in January, 2006, without
interest.
4. The Clerk shall transit a certified duplicate of this assessment to the County to be extended on the
proper tax lists of the County and such assessments shall be collected and paid over in the same
manner as other municipal taxes.
5. The total assessed by this resolution is $22,450.26.

Minnesota, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution adopted at a meeting of the Plymouth City
