RECEIVING PETITION AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
47TH AVENUE WEST OF UNDERWOOD LANE
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 4141
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from the developers of Wynfield Place 2" a
Addition and Hidden Meadows at Curtis Lake requesting the City to make improvements
to 47"' Avenue west of Underwood Lane by the installation of a 7 ton bituminous street
with concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain, storm drainage facilities, and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a portion of the
cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws
1953, Chapter 398, as amended);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
The City Engineer is authorized to request proposals for engineering
services from the City's approved list of consultants and select the firm
with the most responsive proposal to prepare a Preliminary Engineering
Report for improvements to 47"' Avenue west of Underwood Lane.
2. That the Preliminary Engineering Report should not be started until the
developers submit a financial guarantee to cover the cost of the report.
