SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 2004-453
VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN
LOTS 5, 6, 7 AND 8, BLOCK 1, PLUM TREE EAST 8TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of drainage and utility
easements within said lots of Plum Tree East 8th Addition by Resolution No. 2004-
453.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed
until:
New drainage and utility easement descriptions for newly created Lots
5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 1, Plum Tree East 8th Addition have been drafted
and approved for recording at Hennepin County by the City.
Adopted by the City Council on October 26, 2004.
