Resolution 2004-454
APPROVING 2005-2009 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on October 6, 2004 on the proposed
2005-2009 Capital Improvement Program for the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed 2005-2009 Capital
Improvements Program conforms to the other chapters of the City's Comprehensive Plan, as
amended, and other planning documents.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that the
2005-2009 Capital Improvements Program is hereby approved.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on October 26, 2004.
