RESOLUTION NO. 2004-448
ACCEPTANCE OF DONATED EQUIPMENT TO THE
PLYMOUTH FIRE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, The Plymouth Crime and Fire Prevention Fund (PFCPF) has agreed to purchase and
donate seven (7) Mustang Ice Commander cold water exposure suits to the Plymouth Fire
Department; and
WHEREAS, The Mustang suits will greatly enhance the operational safety of first -responders
when performing ice and cold water rescue events, and are replacing older model cold water
exposure suits; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Council adopts the resolution approving the
donation of seven (7) Mustang Ice Commander cold -water exposure suites, donated from the
Plymouth Crime and Fire Prevention Fund to the Plymouth Fire Department.
Adopted by the City Council on October 26. 2004.
