RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
HVAC PUMPS
CENTRAL AND ZACHARY WATER TREATMENT
PLANTS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 2032
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the HVAC pumps for the Central and
Zachary Water Treatment Plants Improvement Project and all necessary appurtenances, bids
were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bid was received
complying with the advertisement:

B.J. Mulcahy Company, Inc.
$25,500
WHEREAS, it appears that B.J. Mulcahy Company, Inc. of Eagan, MN is the lowest responsible
bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the
contract with B.J. Mulcahy Company, Inc. of Eagan, MN in the name of the City of
Plymouth for HVAC pumps for the Central and Zachary Water Treatment Plants
Improvement Project according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the
City Council and on file in the office of the City Engineer in the amount of $25,500.
2. Funding for this project in the amount of $25,500 is from the Water Fund (501).
Adopted by the City Council on October 26, 2004.
