RESOLUTION NO. 2004-445
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
WELL NO'S 14 AND 15 WELL HOUSES AND PUMPING FACILITIES
CITY PROJECT NO. 3132
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Compensation to the contractor for additional work sub -cutting entire
Well No. 14 building pad three feet below footings, import sand and
compaction. Install flammable waste traps in Well No's 14 and 15
building floors per Plymouth Building Department order.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Well No's 14 and 15 Well Houses and Pumping
Facilities, City Project No. 3132, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 for Well No's
14 and 15 Well Houses and Pumping Facilities, City Project No. 3132, by adding
$18,416.05 is approved:
Original Contract Amount
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT
$918,758.75
- Add 18,416.05
$937,174.80
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: Additional funding in the amount of $18,416.05 be
from the Utility Think Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on October 26, 2004.
