APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD/VICKSBURG LANE
SIGNAL AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 3116
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following:
Compensation to the contractor for fiirnishing and installing topsoil in the east
drainage swale area adjacent to Vicksburg Lane north of Schmidt Lake Road;
and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for Schmidt Lake Road/Vicksburg Lane Signal and Utility
Improvements, City Project No. 3116, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 3, to Park Constriction
Company for the Schmidt Lake Road/Vicksburg Lane Signal and Utility Improvements, City
Project No. 3116, by adding $6,459.62 is approved:

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: that additional funding in the amount of $6,459.62 be from
the MSA Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on October 26, 2004.
