RESOLUTION NO. 2004-442
AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON
51sT AVENUE FROM APPROXIMATELY 750 FEET NORTH OF
SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD TO THE NORTH PLAT LINE OF THE
TIMBER CREEK CROSSING SUBDIVISION
CITY PROJECT NO. 4139
WHEREAS, U.S. Homes Corp., Developers of Timber Creek Crossing Subdivision, will
undertake the improvement of 51st Avenue from approximately 750 feet north of Schmidt Lake
Road to the north plat line of the Timber Creek Crossing Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, it is a requirement of the Office of State Aid that parking be restricted on both sides
of 51st Avenue within the City of Plymouth from approximately 750 feet north of Schmidt Lake
Road to the north plat line of the Timber Creek Crossing Subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to
install "No Parking" signs on both sides of 51" Avenue within the City of Plymouth from
approximately 750 feet north of Schmidt Lake Road to the north plat line of the Timber Creek
Crossing Subdivision.
Adopted by the City Council on October 26, 2004.
