RESOLUTION 2004-436
APPROVING PUD AMENDMENT FOR A OCCASIONAL RETAIL SALES AT 2800 CAMPUS
DRIVE IN THE NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS PUD. (2004126)
WHEREAS, WCL Associates Inc. has requested approval of a PUD amendment to allow a fiirniture
showroom with occasional retail sales open to the public for property legally described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 1, Northwest Business Campus 5th Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public hearing and
recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by WCL Associates
Inc. to allow a fiirniture showroom with occasional retail sales at 2800 Campus Drive, subject to the
following findings and conditions:
1. A PUD amendment is granted for to allow occasional retail sales, in accordance with the application
and plans received by the City on September 10, 2004.
2. The occasional fiirniture sales events shall not occur more than once a month and shall take place on
Saturday or Sunday.
3. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance and approved sign program for the Northwest
Business Campus PUD.
4. All appropriate building permits shall be obtained for constriction of the overhead door, and prior
to any vehicle parking within the building.
5. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance
provisions.
