RESOLUTION NO. 2004-433
APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH MIDWEST
COCA-COLA BOTTLING COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an agreement with Midwest Coca-Cola Bottling
Company to provide Coke products at the Plymouth Ice Center and other park and
recreation facilities; and
WHEREAS, said contract will expire in three years; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been reached to extend this contract for five years; and
WHEREAS, the Midwest Coca-Cola Bottling Company will provide $65,000 in exchange
for said agreement for the completion of the Plymouth Ice Center,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the agreement between the City of
Plymouth and Midwest Coca-Cola Bottling Company is hereby approved, and fiirther, that
the $65,000 provided by Midwest Coca-Cola Bottling Company will be used to offset the
constriction costs of the Plymouth Ice Center.
