HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 2004-429
WHEREAS, the Building Official of the City of Plymouth has attempted without
success to have the owner of certain property remedy the hazardous condition of the
residence, addition, and accessory structures situated on the property at 14520 - 13th
Avenue North, Plymouth, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the buildings on the property
constitute hazardous buildings within the meaning of Minnesota Statutes §463.15, Subd.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth:
1. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §463.17, et. seq., the City hereby adopts and
approves the Order for Repair and Removal of Hazardous Buildings attached hereto as
Exhibit "A".
2. The City of Plymouth finds that the buildings located at 14520 — 13th
Avenue North in the City of Plymouth are hazardous buildings within the meaning of
Minn. Stat. §463.15, Subd. 3.
3. The City Attorney Campbell Knutson Professional Association 317
Eagandale Office Center, 1380 Corporate Center Curve, Eagan, Minnesota 55121, is
directed to serve the Order and to proceed with enforcement in accordance with
Minnesota Statutes §463.15 et seq.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October, 2004, by the City Council of
the City of Plymouth.
