RESOLUTION NO. 2004-423
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
WHEREAS, the City's architect has recommended approval for Change Order No. 2 on
the Plymouth Creek Center project; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed said Change Order and
also recommends approval at this time,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
Change Order No. 2 for the Plymouth Creek Center project in amount of $20,430 is
hereby approved, and fiirther, that all costs associated with this change order will be
charged to project number 2015, and fiirther, that the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to sign said change order.
Adopted by the City Council on October 12, 2004.
