RESOLUTION NO. 2004-395
OFFICIALLY CLOSING PLEASURE SKATING RINKS
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended the closure of four
skating rinks; and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission reviewed this at their
meeting of September 9, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the Commission has recommended closure of the four pleasure skating
rinks,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the four pleasure skating rinks outlined in this memo are hereby officially closed.
Adopted by the City Council on September 28, 2004.
