RESOLUTION NO. 2004-394
APPROVING AN EXEMPTION AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FORM FOR
DAVE OLAUSEN, 80 KINGSVIEW LANE NORTH
WHEREAS, Dave Olausen , is requesting a wetland replacement exemption for filling 1,980 sq.
ft. in a Type 1/2 wetland basin to build a garage on the property located at 80 Kingsview Lane
North; and
WHEREAS, the proposed filling is less than the 2,000 sq. ft. de minimus allowed under the
Minnesota Wetland Conservation Act for a Type '/2 wetland pursuant to MN Rule Chapter,
8420.0122. Subp. 9 (3);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the exemption is approved and the Mayor is authorized to
execute a Certificate of Exemption Form for Dave Olausen.
Adopted by the City Council on September 28, 2004.
