APPROVING AN EXEMPTION AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FORM FOR
BEN STEINKRAUS, 5910 LAWNDALE LANE NORTH
WHEREAS, Ben Steinkraus, is requesting a wetland replacement exemption for filling 400 sq. ft.
in a Type 4 wetland basin to build a garage at 5910 Lawndale Lane North; and
WHEREAS, the proposed filling is less than the 400 sq. ft. allowed under the Minnesota Wetland
Conservation Act for a Type 3/4 wetland pursuant to MN Rule Chapter, 8420.0122. Subp. 9 (4);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the exemption is approved and the Mayor is authorized to
execute a Certificate of Exemption Form for Ben Steinkraus.
