SUMMARY RESOLUTION NO. 2004-388
SECTION 800 AND SECTION 1015 OF THE
PLYMOUTH CODE OF ORDINANCES
This ordinance repeals Section 800 of the Plymouth Code of Ordinances and enacts a
new Section 800 of the Plymouth Code of Ordinances to administer and regulate the
public rights-of-way in the public interest, and to provide the issuance and regulation of
right-of-way permits, and amend Section 1015 of the Plymouth Code of Ordinances for
right-of-way permit procedures and fees.
A printed copy of the Right -of -Way ordinance is available for inspection at Plymouth
City Hall during regular office hours.
Adopted by the City Council on September 13, 2004.
