RESOLUTION NO. 2004-370
APPROVING AN "ALL -WAY" STOP AT THE INTERSECTION
OF CHESHIRE LANE AND SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD
WHEREAS, the Capital Improvements Program (CIP) has identified this intersection to
be signalized in the near fiiture; and
WHEREAS, a traffic study performed by SRF recommends the City install an "All -Way"
stop at this intersection as an interim solution to improve safety at the intersection until a
traffic signal can be installed; and
WHEREAS, to improve safety and reduce the potential for accidents, the City Engineer
recommends the installation of an "All -Way" stop at this intersection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That an "All -Way" stop be installed at the
intersection of Cheshire Lane and Schmidt Lake Road.
