HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2004-361CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2004-361 APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR EXISTING CONCRETE POOL DECK & SHED CONSTRUCTED ON LOT 7, BLOCK 2, RIDGECREST 3RD ADDITION — 2920 PILGRIM LANE WHEREAS, Jack and Carol Amis are petitioning the City to grant the approval for an existing concrete pool deck and shed to remain in a public drainage and utility easement on the subject property; and WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement only permits the encroachment of the pool deck and shed within the easement and all related facilities must still meet all applicable City codes; and WHEREAS, the property is legally described as Lot 7, Block 2, Ridgecrest -1 Addition; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to sign, on behalf of the City of Plymouth an encroachment agreement that will allow for the existing concrete pool deck and shed to remain in the public drainage and utility easement on the subject property.
