RESOLUTION NO. 2004-339
AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO
SIGN LEASE AGREEMENT WITH PLYMOUTH
SOCCER ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Soccer Association (PSA) wishes to lease approximately 430
square feet of space at $15 per square foot in the lower level of the Plymouth Creek
Center beginning October 1, 2004 and ending September 30, 2007; and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the City Attorney outlining that
PSA shall pay $6,450 for the first two years and $6,708 for year three; and
WHEREAS, staff believes this agreement will be beneficial to both the City and the
Plymouth Soccer Association,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign said lease agreement between the
City of Plymouth and the Plymouth Soccer Association.
