SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 2004-331
VACATING 27th AVENUE WITHIN
MEDICINE LAKE PARK THIRD DIVISION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of 27th Avenue by
Resolution No. 2004-331.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed
until:
A 6' drainage and utility easement must be signed by each of the four
petitioning property owners and approved for recording by the City.
Adopted by the City Council on August 10, 2004.
