SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 2004-329
VACATING A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT WITHIN
LOT 1, BLOCK 1, HERITAGE WEST 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of a 6 foot drainage and
utility easement by Resolution No. 2004-329.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed
until:
A drainage and utility easement document signed by the Heritage West 2" a
Addition Homeowners Association is approved by the City.
Adopted by the City Council on August 10, 2004.
