HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2004-329CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2004-329 AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF A 6 FOOT DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT WITHIN LOT 1, BLOCK 1, HERITAGE WEST 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for August 10, 2004 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06; and WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior to the meeting of August 10, 2004; and WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail; and WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on August 10, 2004 to inform any and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of the 6 foot drainage and utility easement in Heritage West 2" a Addition; and WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easement was not needed for public purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following drainage and utility easement be vacated: All of the 6 foot drainage and utility easement along the north and northeast property line of said Lot 1, Block 1, Heritage West 2" a Addition. Except, the southeasterly 6 feet and the west 6 feet of said Lot 1. Adopted by the City Council on August 10, 2004. Resolution No. 2004-329 Page 2 STATE OF MINNESOTA) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS.
