RESOLUTION NO. 2004-312
APPROVAL OF APPLICATION TO EXTEND
THE LICENSED PREMISES FOR TGI FRIDAY'S
D/B/A ITALIANNI' S, 220 CARLSON PARKWAY
WHEREAS, TGI Friday's d/b/a Italianni's, 220 Carlson Parkway has submitted an application to
extend their licensed premises for outdoor seating; and
WHEREAS, the area would be conducted in a fenced area of their parking lot; and
WHEREAS, the hours of operation Monday through Thursday, 11:00 a.m. — 10:00 p.m, Friday
and Saturday, 11:00 a.m. — 11:00 p.m., and Sunday, 11:00 a.m. — 10:00 p.m.
1. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the request to extend the licensed premises is
hereby approved.
