RESOLUTION NO. 2004-304
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 2004-303
VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN
BLOCKS 2 AND 3, THE FIELDS OF NANTERRE
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of drainage and utility
easements within The Fields of Nanterre by Resolution No. 2004-303.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed
until:
The final plat of The Fields of Nanterre -1 Addition is approved and
filed at Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on July 27, 2004.
