RESOLUTION NO. 2004-303
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
AUTHORIZE THE VACATION OF DRAINAGE & UTILITY
EASEMENTS WITHIN BLOCKS 2 AND 3, THE FIELDS OF NANTERRE
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for July 27, 2004 in
accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior to the
meeting of July 27, 2004; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on July 27, 2004 to inform any and all interested
parties relevant to the vacation of drainage and utility easements in The Fields of Nanterre Addition;
and
WHEREAS, new drainage and utility easements will be platted in The Fields of Nanterre 3rd Addition
to replace the subject vacated easements; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for public
purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following drainage and utility easements be vacated:
Lot 31, Block 2; the westerly three feet of Lots 19-24, Block 2; Lot 35, Block 3; the
northeast corner of Lots 11, 12, 20, 21 and 22, Block 3 all in The Fields of Nanterre.
