AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO SIGN
CENTER ISLAND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS WITH 7
PROPERTY OWNERS ALONG KINGSVIEW LANE
2004 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 4102
WHEREAS, the property owners agreed to sign an agreement to maintain the center islands
within the Kingsview Lane right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, the agreements will be recorded at Hennepin County against each of the 7
parcels; and
WHERAS, the 7 current homeowners have signed the agreements to maintain the center
islands;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to execute the attached maintenance agreements..
