RESOLUTION NO. 2004-301
AWARDING BID FOR ELECTRIC ZAMBONI
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for the purchase of one electric ice resurfacing
machine; and
WHEREAS, two bids were received; one for a new machine and one for a used machine;
and
WHEREAS, the Ice Arena Manager and Director of Parks and Recreation are
recommending awarding the bid for a new electric ice resurfacing machine for the third
sheet of ice at the Plymouth Ice Center,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the bid is awarded to the Frank J. Zamboni Co., Inc., in the amount of $84,190.53, for the
purchase of one new electric resurfacing machine with all costs to be charged to the Ice
Arena Project.
Adopted by the City Council on July 27, 2004.
