RESOLUTION NO. 2004-290
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
TRUNK WATERMAIN EXTENSIONS PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 3124
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Additional labor and materials required to connect to the existing pipe at Well
No. 11 due to incorrect locating, along with saddles and corporations required
for testing.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Think Watermain Extensions Project, City Project No.
3124, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 for G.M. Contracting,
Inc., City Project No. 3124, by adding $12,278.18 is approved:

THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT
$398,512.19
- Add 12,278.18
$410,790.37
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: Additional fiinding in the amount of $12,278.18 from the
Utility Think Fund.
