RESOLUTION NO. 2004-285
APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FORM
MR. ED SVETC'S PROPERTY
(5330 N VICKSBURG LN)
WHEREAS, Mr. Ed Svetc is requesting a wetland replacement exemption for four small wetland
basins identified on his property at 5330 N Vicksburg Lane; and
WHEREAS, a wetland delineation reported has been completed for the above property; and
WHEREAS, the basins 1, 313, 4, and 5 as numbered in the delineation report have been identified
incidental wetland basins; and
WHEREAS, the incidental wetland basins are considered exempt from the Minnesota Wetland
Conservation Act pursuant to MN Rule Chapter 8420.0122; and
WHEREAS, the wetland basins 2 and 3A are not exempt and are classified as Minnesota Wetland
Conservation jurisdictional wetlands;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the finding of No Loss is approved and the Mayor is
authorized to execute a Certificate of Exemption Form for Mr. Ed Svetc.
