RESOLUTION NO. 2004-275
APPROVING CLOSING OF PROJECT AND
TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR THE MILLENNIUM GARDEN
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reported that the Millennium
Garden Phase I project is now completed, and that all fundraising including pledges have
been paid in their entirety; and
WHEREAS, all expenses on Phase I have now been completed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL that the
Millennium Garden Phase I project is hereby completed and, fiirther, that the revenues
which exceed expenses on the project totaling $28,640.18 are hereby authorized to be
transferred back to park dedication fiinds, and fiirther, that all new revenue donated for
the Millennium Garden project should be set aside in a special fund for fiiture capital
expenses at the Garden.
