RESOLUTION NO. 2004-274
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER FOR THE
PLYMOUTH ICE CENTER
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation is recommending a contract agreement
with the Coca-Cola Corporation which will provide $65,000 in fiinding for the Plymouth
Ice Center; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation is recommending that we proceed with
the installation of a concrete floor in the third ice sheet expansion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL that the
Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to proceed with the change order for the
installation of a concrete floor in the third sheet at the Plymouth Ice Center, and fiirther,
that said change order is contingent upon signed agreements with Coca-Cola Corporation
providing $65,000 in contribution for the constriction of the Ice Arena.
Adopted by the City Council on July 13, 2004.
