RESOLUTION NO. 2004-273
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER
TO SIGN AN EASEMENT DOCUMENT RELATED
TO CITY OWNED PROPERTY AT
4890 MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE WEST
WHEREAS, the City owns the property at 4890 Medicine Lake Drive West; and
WHEREAS, the right-of-way required for the adjacent roadways was not separated from the
parcel since it was owned by the City; and
WHEREAS, on March 9, 2004 the City Council adopted resolution 2004-104 which
authorizes the sale of the parcel; and
WHEREAS, the City needs to retain easements for right-of-way and drainage -utility prior to
the sale of said property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to execute the right-of-way and drainage -utility easements in favor of the City.
