RESOLUTION 2004-266
APPROVING A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR A WARMING HOUSE/STORAGE
BUILDING AT RIDGEMOUNT PLAYFIELD LOCATED AT 12000 RIDGEMOUNT AVE N.

WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, is requesting approval of a site plan amendment for a
warming house/storage building at 12000 Ridgemount Avenue N., for property legally described
as:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Section 35, Township 118
North, Range 22 West, Hennepin County, Minnesota described as follows:
The East 565.00 feet of the North 500.00 feet of the South 533.00 feet of said Southeast Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter, and the East 885.00 feet of the North 585.00 feet of the South 1118.00
feet of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public meeting
and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by the City
of Plymouth, for a site plan amendment for property located at 12000 Ridgemount Avenue
North, subject to the following conditions:
1. A site plan amendment is approved to allow constriction of a warming house/storage
building, in accordance with the plans received by the City on June 16, 2004, except as
amended by this resolution.

2. The applicant shall submit a plan showing existing fire hydrants, prior to the issuance of any
building permits.
3. The color of the pre -finished siding chosen for the building shall be complimentary to the
school building and surrounding strictures.
4. Approval shall expire one year after the date of approval, unless the property owner or
applicant has substantially started constriction of the project. The landowner or applicant may
apply for approval of an extension by the City, as regulated under Section 21045.09 of the
Zoning Ordinance.
