APPROVAL OF RIDGEMOUNT PLAYFIELD TENNIS COURTS
WIffiREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the reconstruction of the
Ridgemount Playfield tennis courts and
WIffiREAS in accordance with stat statue bid specifications were prepared and distributed and
bid proposal were received and opened on June 1, 2004, for the reconstruction of the
Ridgemount Playfield tennis courts and
WIffiREAS, the following bids were received:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, the bid from DMJ Corporation is declared the lowest
responsible bidder for play equipment for the reconstruction of the Ridgemount Playfield tennis
courts and accepts their bid in the amount of $98,987.00.
Adopted by the City Council on June 8, 2004.
